viaExpat is the newest Radix application and is designed with the both the Corporate and Local HR professional in mind. viaExpat allows you to track Transferees, their families, dependents and all associated documentation inclusive of Passports, Birth Certificates, Work Permits, Visas, etc.

Now you can track length of stay by country, by Transferee. Track and manage Short Term Accommodations, Car Hire and manage Expenses associated with transfer. In addition, the Transferee can view their documentation and status of their transfer avoiding time consuming calls into HR.

viaExpat has system event alerts, pre-defined process flow alerts and self-generated alerts which ensure you are aware of changes with your Transferees.

System Event Alert:
Warns you when there has been a change in status of the transfer (e.g. all paperwork has been received and is now ready to be submitted for the work Visa).
Process Flow Alert:
Warns you when the process has halted or the next step has not been taken in the pre-defined period of time (e.g. paperwork received was not submitted for the work Visa in the 48 hours allowed and an alert is now going to the person responsible for the transfer).
Self-Generated Alert:
Reminds you of a task you wanted to complete that the system would not know about (e.g. you want to remember to attach the Birth Certificate to the other paperwork for the work Visa when that paperwork is received).
